Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
The Aurora Capital Referral Promotion (“Promotion”) is only open to legal residents of New Zealand who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and are current Aurora Capital KiwiSaver Scheme account holders.
Disqualified Participants are:
(a) all Aurora Capital employees, and
(b) all individuals under the age of 18 years.
(c) all financial advisers referring clients from Aurora Capital’s adviser network
2. Promotion Period
This promotion commences on Wednesday, 11 June and will continue until further notice. We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice, at our sole discretion.
3. How To Enter
Existing Aurora Capital KiwiSaver Scheme clients (“Referrers”) can refer friends (“Friends”) to join the Aurora Capital KiwiSaver Scheme.
Friends must be new to Aurora Capital and join the Aurora Capital KiwiSaver Scheme during the Promotion Period.
The Referrer must complete the referral form with the Friend’s details through the Aurora Capital website.
Once the Friend’s Aurora Capital KiwiSaver Scheme account is successfully opened and activated, both the Referrer and the Friend will each receive a $50 contribution into their respective Aurora Capital KiwiSaver Scheme accounts.
There is no limit to the number of Friends a Referrer can refer, provided each referred Friend is a new client and meets all eligibility requirements.
4. Reward Fulfilment
$50 contributions will be made into both the Referrer’s and the Friend’s Aurora Capital KiwiSaver Scheme accounts within 30 days of the referred Friend’s account activation.
Only the Referrer linked to the Friend’s referral at the time of account sign-up will be eligible to receive the reward.
Aurora Capital’s decision regarding reward fulfilment is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. The Reward
The Reward consists of a $50 contribution into the Aurora Capital KiwiSaver Scheme accounts of both the Referrer and the Friend.
Rewards are not redeemable for cash, are non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for any other benefit.
If, for any reason, the $50 contribution cannot be fulfilled, Aurora Capital reserves the right to substitute the reward with an alternative of equal value at its sole discretion.
The Reward is provided at the participant’s own risk. Aurora Capital accepts no liability for any claim, loss, injury, or damage that may arise from participation in the Promotion or from the Reward itself.
7. Privacy
Aurora Capital collects and uses personal information provided by participants to:
(a) Administer this Promotion
(b) Contact referred Friends to help them complete the sign-up process
(c) We may also share the referred Friend’s contact details with our authorised partner advice firm, Enva, so they can provide financial advice and support with joining the Aurora Capital KiwiSaver Scheme.
All personal information provided will be handled in accordance with Aurora Capital’s Privacy Policy and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, unless required by law.
Under the Privacy Act 2020, participants have the right to access and request correction of their personal information.
