Resolving login issues

We recently experienced an unplanned outage of our member portal. While the issue has been resolved, some members are still encountering login difficulties. We apologise for the inconvenience and are here to help you regain access.

Below are steps to guide you through resolving this issue:

Step 1: Use Incognito, Private, or an Alternative Browser

  1. Open an incognito or private browsing window in your current browser.
    • Alternatively, try using a different browser (e.g., if you usually use Chrome, switch to Safari or Edge).
  2. Click the button below to attempt to log in:

If successful, you can return to your normal browser for future logins. If this doesn’t resolve the issue, proceed to Step 2.

Step 2: Clear Your Browser Cookies

  1. Open your browser's settings and navigate to the section for clearing cookies.
  2. Delete cookies associated with the Aurora member portal.
  3. Once completed, attempt to log in again using the button below:

If this resolves your issue, no further steps are required. If not, proceed to Step 3.

Step 3: Reset Your Password

  1. On the login screen, click the "Don't remember your password?" link.
  2. Follow the prompts to reset your password.
  3. After resetting, attempt to log in again using the button below:

If this resolves the issue, no further action is needed.
