HOW TO ENTER

1. To enter the draw (“draw”), you must enter via one of the following:
   1. Speak with an Aurora Capital representative at the Go Green Expo Show and agree to speak with a financial adviser by completing the entry form.
2. There is no obligation or requirement to join the Aurora KiwiSaver Scheme ("Scheme”) to enter the draw.
3. Entries must be received by Aurora Capital between 8:00am on 24 August 2024 and 5:00pm on 25 August 2024.
4. You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in the draw. No person under the age of 18 will be eligible to claim the prize.
5. Entry is open to all New Zealand residents except for employees of Aurora Capital Limited.
6. By completing the entry form, you agree that Aurora Capital or it’s related advice provider, namely Enva Financial may contact you for a no-obligation KiwiSaver review.

THE DRAW AND PRIZES

1. The draw will be held on 30th August 2024,
2. The winner will be contacted by the phone number or email address provided.
3. One winners will be awarded a $300 supermarket gift voucher for from the draw.
4. The Gift Voucher(s) will be purchased via sent directly to the winner’s postal address.
5. Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen Gift Voucher will not be replaced or redeemed, and cash will not be given as replacement.
6. No personal costs will be incurred to the winner.
7. The Voucher will be provided only, no other costs associated with the winners travel plan will be included in the prize.
8. All complete and valid entries will be entered into the draw register.
9. All entries is deemed to have been received at the time of receipt by Aurora Capital and not at the time of transmission by the participant.
10. Only 1 entries per person apply.
11. Each complete and valid entry will go into each promotion prize draw separately.
12. If a winner does not respond within 2 business days from email or phone number used for the entry, the draw shall be declared null and void. As such, Aurora Capital has the sole and absolute discretion to commence a re-draw and award the prize to a new winner.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. Entry into the draw is deemed acceptance of any terms and conditions. If the winner does not accept these terms and conditions, the prize will be forfeited.
2. It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure that all entries are received. Aurora Capital is not liable nor required to replace or to compensate in any way for lost, improperly completed, late, stolen, misdirected or damaged promotion entries.
3. Aurora Capital reserves the right to extend, postpone, or cancel the draw and to update the terms and conditions, and prize(s) without notice and for whatever reason.
4. Aurora Capital reserves the right to require the draw winner(s) to sign a declaration confirming their eligibility to accept the prize and to verify their identity.
5. The winner(s) will be selected randomly by Aurora Capital through a randomiser software.
6. All prizes are not transferable and not redeemable for cash.
7. Aurora Capital will be responsible for delivery of prizes.
8. Participants may receive a copy of the Aurora KiwiSaver Scheme Product Disclosure Statement.
9. Aurora Capital and their respective associated companies, partners, officers, suppliers, and employees, and the Scheme issuer, manager, custodian, trustee and investment managers shall not be liable in any way (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss) or for any loss or damage or personal injury suffered or sustained by any person directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with this draw, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Aurora Capital is not liable for any tax implications that may result from winning a prize.
10. Nothing in condition 9 is intended to exclude, restrict or modify the winner(s)’ rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
